I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is this Heroic City Canvas for Every Guy?

This canvas is perfect for men who grew up idolizing superheroes and now want to see themselves saving the day. It's great for sons, dads, or husbands who embrace comic book culture or simply dream larger than life. Not ideal for someone seeking a minimalist aesthetic or without a hint of fantasy in their personality.

How Do We Craft Your Superhero Identity?

We start with your photo, merging it into our superhero world through AI face-mapping. Our artists then finesse the details to ensure authenticity before your image is printed on a museum-quality canvas. We discard about 1 in 12 generations when the expressions don't lock onto the heroic theme properly, ensuring you receive a flawless portrait.

Why Choose Our Superhero Portrait Over the Rest?

Unlike generic superhero portraits, our creation contains your individualized likeness, set against a richly detailed urban background. This personal touch transforms you into a unique character rather than part of the faceless hero crowd. Plus, each theme is retired after six months, amplifying its exclusivity.
