I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Couples who live for adventure and love putting their charisma on display make natural fits for our superhero greeting card. Ideal for anniversary enthusiasts who find strength in unity or thrill-seekers celebrating their engagement, this isn't for those preferring subtle, traditional designs.

The Power of Transformation: How Our Cards Are Made

We start with your uploaded photo, blending it seamlessly with superhero costumes and props using AI face-swap technology. Our artists then refine the image, ensuring every detail feels personal and looks dazzling. It's a careful process of selection — about 1 in 12 designs doesn’t meet our high standards and gets reworked.

Why Choose Our Superhero Greeting Card?

Unlike typical themed cards, this greeting card stands out because it's a truly personalized keepsake. Your faces, your story — not just any superhero tale. Our designs are exclusive, refreshed every six months to keep your message one-of-a-kind.
