I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Dive into a Steampunk Lab of Love

Picture yourselves in a steampunk wonderland, where vintage meets fantasy! This custom portrait places you and your partner in an ornate underground lab, beset with enchanted gears and captivating contraptions. It's a dream for couples who revel in the whimsical world of steampunk.

The lab's ambiance pulls from Victorian influences and sci-fi flair, evoking a rich tableau of creativity and romance. If your love for quirky aesthetics matches, you're in the right place to encapsulate it forever on canvas.

TL;DR: Transform any photo into a steampunk-themed masterpiece set in a fantastical underground lab. Perfect for couples who cherish sci-fi and quirky aesthetics on special occasions.

Which couples belong in a steampunk lab adventure?

This portrait is ideal for couples who embrace their inner adventurers, fans of sci-fi, fantasy, and quirky Victorian-inspired aesthetics. Engaged pairs looking to immortalize this unique romance chapter on anniversaries will find it especially fitting. But beware, if minimalism is your thing, the elaborate details might feel overwhelming.

The alchemy behind your whimsical lab transformation

Your journey begins with a photo upload, followed by our smart AI seamlessly fitting your faces within the steampunk backdrop. Our expert artists then refine every detail, ensuring both clarity and character. Honest moment: around 1 in 12 creations don't meet our standards and are lovingly redone, so you're guaranteed a vibrant, spot-on piece.

Why choose a steampunk lab over standard portraits?

Unlike generic prints, this isn't a 'seen one, seen them all' scenario. Each steampunk lab portrait is uniquely yours, fracturing the mold with mesmerizing precision and Victorian oddities that are retired every six months, ensuring rare exclusivity.
