I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Which Women Embrace the Sci-Fi Magic?

Perfect for women who are captivated by sci-fi and the allure of the unknown—especially those who find joy in iconic movies like Star Wars or Star Trek. However, if whimsical storytelling isn't her style, and she prefers classical themes, this might not resonate as strongly.

How Does Your Sci-Fi Portrait Come to Life?

Upload your photo, and our AI system crafts an initial rendition—where the real magic begins. Our skilled artists, like Maya Chen, add their personal touch, ensuring every portrait exudes charm and authenticity. Every canvas is inspected meticulously, discarding about 1 in 12 that don't meet our exacting standards.

Why Choose Our Sci-Fi Canvas Over the Rest?

Unlike mass-produced sci-fi posters, this is uniquely yours—infused with your features. We retire each theme every six months to ensure it remains a rare treasure, allowing your portrait to stand out in a universe of conformity.
