I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who Can't Get Enough of the Royal Look?

This portrait suits those who adore the whimsy of fairytales and the grandeur of royal elegance. It's perfect for mothers, daughters, or any woman who finds joy in fantasy narratives. Honestly, it might not be the best fit for minimalists who prefer modern, understated art.

How Do We Capture Your Fairytale Essence?

Your photo is digitally transformed into a whimsical royal portrait through an AI-driven face swap, followed by meticulous artist refinement. Each piece is printed on high-quality canvas. We take pride in discarding about 1 in 12 generations to ensure each face captures the magic we're after.

Why Choose This Royal Portrait Over Generic Art?

Unlike generic canvases, this portrait is a one-of-one creation, with your face and personal details forming the heart of a unique fantasy scene. We refresh our themes regularly to keep every piece as exclusive as a royal secret.
