I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who Should Consider a Royal Portrait?

Journey from Photo to Royal Masterpiece

We start with your photo, using AI to blend your features with a royal aesthetic, before passing it to our artists for that final touch. About 1 in 12 initial AI generations are discarded to maintain our standard of facial accuracy. The completed masterpiece is printed on museum-quality canvas, ensuring it stands the test of time.

How Does This Royal Portrait Stand Out?

Unlike generic canvas prints, this portrait is entirely unique to you, with personalized art refinement that no mass-produced item can match. We retire each theme after six months to ensure exclusivity and rarities, mirroring how royalty treasures individuality.
