It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Become the Queen: Regal Portrait Creations

Step into the world of timeless elegance and sophistication with a custom royal portrait. It features you or your loved one adorned in elegant dress, posed beside an ornate fireplace, and surrounded by lavish wall décor that evokes the grace of classic monarchs. The detailed background and the serene color palette capture a sense of regal dignity that's been admired for centuries.

Our unique royal portraits are perfect for women who appreciate classic elegance and those who revel in embodying the grace and poise of royalty. Whether celebrating a birthday or enhancing home decor, our museum-quality canvases elevate any space to a gallery of classic splendor.

TL;DR: Transform a loved one's photo into a regal masterpiece with our Custom Royal Woman Portrait. Ideal for birthdays or significant milestones, this museum-quality canvas celebrates femininity and grace with a majestic touch.

Which queens reign in this regal attire?

The Custom Royal Woman Portrait is suited for women who embody grace and poise or those celebrating significant milestones. It's ideal for motherhood celebrations, birthday queens over 30, or anyone who dreams of historical nobility. This isn't for those preferring modern, minimalist aesthetics.

From photo to queenly canvas: making magic

The process begins with you uploading a treasured photo. AI-driven face-swap technology captures your essence, followed by artist refinement to ensure every detail reflects your royal spirit. Our head of production, Maya Chen, notes that about 1 in 12 faces don't align perfectly on their first try, ensuring our exacting standards are met. The artwork is printed on museum-quality canvas for a lasting impression.

How does our royal portrait reign supreme?

Unlike generic custom prints, our portraits retire the design after six months to ensure exclusivity. Each piece is one-of-one, with every detail tailored to you, creating a unique narrative of royal splendor.
