It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Crafting a Portrait Fit for Royalty

We start by digitally enhancing your uploaded photo through an AI process, followed by meticulous artist refinements to ensure authenticity. Our head of production, Maya, reveals that 1 in 12 face swaps are discarded for not meeting our stringent standards. Finally, it's printed on museum-quality canvas, maintaining rich depth and color.

How This Stands Out from Ordinary Art

Unlike the typical canvas print, our portraits are tailor-made for the art connoisseur. Each piece is one-of-one, personalized with your image, and our themes remain exclusive—retired every six months to ensure rarity and collectibility.
