I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Pozadie vyžaruje snovú atmosféru s mäkkým, rozptýleným osvetlením a maliarskym nádychom živých farieb, vytvárajúc intimnú, no zároveň rozsiahlu scénu.

Toto vlastné umelecké dielo nie je len dokonalým darčekom, ale aj výrazným kúskom pre akékoľvek prostredie, ktorý vás nechá cítiť sa ako skutočná kráľovská osoba.

Step into Royalty with Velvet Precision

Transport yourself to a kingdom of luxury with our Royal Woman Portrait Canvas. Drape yourself in a lush green velvet cloak, adorned with a majestic crown. The backdrop—a subtle yet elegant brick—lends a timeless quality, ensuring you truly look like the sovereign of your own realm.

This piece isn’t just about looking royal; it’s about feeling it. Every detail, from the crown jewels to the velvet's deep hue, is crafted to elevate your stature, presenting you as more than a portrait, but a legacy.

TL;DR: Our Custom Royal Woman Portrait Canvas is an exquisite gift for women who want to see their inner queen captured in velvet and crown, perfect for birthdays or anniversaries.

Who should adorn themselves with this royal touch?

This canvas suits the woman who’s regal in personality and presence, perfect for those who revel in historical dramas or monarchy admiration. Not ideal for those who prefer minimalist or modernist themes—this is all about opulence.

What's the alchemy behind our royal portraits?

Our process begins with your photo, which is then meticulously crafted through AI face-swap technology, followed by artist refinement to ensure every regal detail is perfect. Did you know we discard nearly 1 in 12 face generations to maintain our high standards?

Why choose this royal canvas over plain prints?

Unlike generic prints, this is truly bespoke art—personalized with a crown and velvet attire, ensuring each piece is one-of-a-kind. We limit production to maintain exclusivity, setting it apart as a collector's item.
