I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: The Custom Royal Couple Portrait is perfect for couples wanting to celebrate their love with a touch of exquisite grandeur. Ideal for anniversaries or weddings, it makes your love story timeless and majestic.

Who can truly wear the royal crown?

This portrait is for couples who see themselves as part of a modern-day fairy tale — those who relish in the idea of turning their love into something fit for kings and queens. Great for wedding gifts or milestone anniversaries where a touch of elegance and tradition is appreciated. Not for the minimalist who prefers understated and simple decor.

Crafting your regal masterpiece

Your journey begins with a photo upload, followed by our AI's transformation of your faces into royal figures. Our artists bring a final touch, ensuring every regal detail shines. In this meticulous process, about 1 in 12 images are reshaped to perfection if faces don't align initially.

Why choose our royal canvas over generic prints?

Unlike mass-produced canvases, each Royal Couple Portrait is a true one-of-one piece of art. Once a face is featured, the theme retires after six months, ensuring your piece remains a unique testament to your special day.
