I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Crown Your Little Prince with a Royal Portrait

Turn your boy's cherished photo into a royal masterpiece. Our custom royal boy portrait blends the essence of nobility with a touch of whimsy, showcasing regal crowns and soft blue hues that capture the imagination. It's not just a portrait — it's a story of adventure in a world of enchantment.

Our canvas draws inspiration from the grand courts of history, featuring delicate floral motifs and noble attire. Designed for kids with dreams of kingdoms and valor, it's the perfect addition to inspire endless tales and imaginative play.

TL;DR: This custom royal portrait transforms your son's photo into a dreamy prince on canvas, perfect for imaginative boys who love tales of knights and kingdoms. Ideal for birthdays or room decor.

Which little dreamers need a royal canvas?

If your child cherishes tales of kingdoms, knights, and adventure, this royal portrait is a match made in heaven. Designed for young dreamers who light up at the thought of castles and crowns, it's perfect for birthday gifts or whimsical room decor.

This isn't for the child who prefers astronauts over aristocrats or someone looking for a simple photo print.

How does a photo become a royal tableau?

Our process begins with your selected photo. We use advanced AI for an initial face transformation, followed by artist tweaking to perfect the royal look. Made on museum-quality canvas, we discard 1 in 12 drafts if the majestic visage doesn't impress. Maya Chen, our Head of Production, swears by it for authenticity.

Why this isn't your average kids' portrait?

Unlike generic canvas prints, this portrait is a one-of-a-kind piece crafted specifically for your child. Each theme is retired after 6 months, ensuring exclusivity and personal touch — elements not found in standard photobooks.
