It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

How Do We Transform Modern to Renaissance Grace?

We start by face-swapping your provided photo with Renaissance flair using AI. Our artists then refine the image, focusing on historical accuracy and intricate details. Completed content goes through a final review stage. About 1 in 12 portraits are redone to ensure the face fits seamlessly within the historical context.

Why Choose Our Renaissance Portrait Over Any Standard Print?

This isn't just a print. It's a one-of-a-kind piece holding greater uniqueness because the theme is retired after six months, ensuring your art is exclusive and rare. Unlike generic canvases, this portrait locks in your individuality while embodying Renaissance charm.
