I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Unveil Your Ocean Goddess with Flowers & Shells

Step into a realm where the sea's enchantment meets personal artistry. Our 'Whimsical Flowers & Shells Canvas' is a celebration of the ocean's allure, merging delicate blooms and shining shells with your image. It's not just a portrait; it's your aquatic transformation.

This canvas, with its soft ethereal glow, flatters those who feel a connection to the sea, whether as a spiritual retreat or as a symbol of beauty and mystery. Ever caught in a moment down by the shore? Now you can immortalize that essence.

TL;DR: Personalize your photo as an ocean queen with a unique touch of flowers and shells. Ideal for ocean lovers, be it for birthdays or just because.

Is This Perfect for Ocean Enthusiasts?

Perfect for women who find solace in the ocean's embrace, and cherish personal art that speaks to their soul. Ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, or simply bringing the ocean's magic indoors. Not quite the fit for those who prefer modern minimalism or abstract styles without personal elements.

How Do We Craft the Ocean Magic?

We start with your submitted photo, craft it into a design that resonates with aquatic charm using AI face-swap technology, and our artists refine every detail. We generally toss 1 in 12 creations to ensure that the facial features align flawlessly with the theme. Finished and printed as a stunning piece on museum-quality canvas.

Why Choose This Over Other Ocean Art?

Unlike standard prints, this canvas offers a one-time, personal ocean experience. We don't just adjust palettes — we create a story that merges the ocean's essence with your likeness. Each theme is unique and closed after 6 months to keep it exclusive and special.
