It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Embrace Coastal Calm in Your Portrait

Imagine the calming blues and gentle waves of the ocean captured on canvas — that's what our Ocean Woman Portrait aims to deliver. Inspired by coastal themes and serene settings, each piece reflects the tranquil beauty of the sea, brought to life through elegant styling and flowing water elements.

This canvas art is more than just a decoration; it's a tribute to every woman's unique connection to the ocean. Crafted for those whose spirits are carried by the sea breeze, it's perfect for slipping into any coastal-inspired home decor.

TL;DR: This product transforms your photo into a serene ocean-themed canvas, perfect for women who cherish the sea and want to bring that calm into their home.

Who Will Cherish This Ocean Escape?

This portrait is tailor-made for women who have a deep connection with the sea — maybe she grew up by the water, or perhaps it’s a favorite vacation spot. It's also a hit with those embracing coastal decor trends. However, if bold, vibrant themes are more your style, the Whimsical Mermaid Portrait might be more your speed.

How is an Ocean Portrait Crafted?

Once you upload your photo, our process kicks off with an AI face-swap for a seamless start, followed by artist refinement to ensure every detail is perfect. Our head of production, Maya, insists on discarding 1 in 12 initial creations if they don't meet our standards. Finally, it's printed on museum-grade canvas, capturing every serene detail.

Why Choose Our Ocean Canvas Over Others?

Unlike generic seaside art, this portrait is overlaid with your photo, creating a personalized piece unmatched in uniqueness. Each theme is retired after six months, maintaining the rare value of your piece.
