It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into a Heroic Forest Outpost

Imagine your loved one transformed into a heroic soldier, standing amidst a forest, geared up in authentic military camouflage. This isn't just a portrait; it's a tribute, capturing the essence of bravery with a rifle in hand and a tactical beanie lending an edge.

The earthy greens and browns engulf the canvas, invoking the resilience and courage synonymous with military life. It's not only an homage but also a touching testament to their service, perfect for veterans, active-duty members, or military enthusiasts.

TL;DR: Transform cherished photos into a custom forest soldier canvas portrait, perfect for honoring military men on birthdays or Veterans Day with something truly unique.

Is this military canvas portrait right for him?

This portrait is ideal for active-duty service members, veterans, or anyone with a profound respect for military life. Whether for a retirement celebration or a personal keepsake, it highlights courage. However, it might not resonate as well with those looking for non-military or playful themes.

How do we craft each military masterpiece?

We start with your photo, running it through our high-caliber AI to draft the initial portrait. Then, our artists meticulously refine each detail for realism, ensuring everything from the rifle to the tactical beanie fits seamlessly. About 1 in 12 drafts are set aside to maintain our high standards. Maya Chen, our head of production, oversees the process to ensure nothing but excellence leaves our studio.

What sets our forest soldier canvas apart?

This isn't your average military-themed artwork. Each piece is tailored uniquely to you — not just another generic image. Once a theme serves its tour, we retire it, preserving exclusivity for your canvas. That's something a stock print just can't do.
