I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Heroic Valor with Armor and Sword

Transport your cherished photos into a dramatic scene of bravery and honor. Imagine your loved one clad in epic armor, brandishing a sword against a backdrop of a golden sunset skyline—a tribute to their unwavering courage.

With every stroke of artistry, this canvas embodies the spirit of military heroism. It's not about just having any portrait; it’s about crafting a timeless piece that resonates with strength and honor.

TL;DR: This personalized military portrait captures your hero in armor with a sword, perfect for recognizing the valor of military personnel on significant occasions.

Which heroes will shine in military regalia?

It's an ideal gift for the military personnel in your life, veterans commemorating their service, or men who appreciate heroic storytelling. If your loved one isn't keen on medieval fantasy or doesn't have a military background, this might not be their perfect match.

How's this heroic military portrait forged?

The process begins with uploading your chosen photo, which our AI expertly transforms by swapping faces into a military scenario. Our artists then refine each detail before printing on museum-quality canvas. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 images is discarded if the face doesn't perfectly align.

Why is our armored art unlike any other?

Unlike generic canvas prints, ours is a unique creation where your face and story become the centerpiece. We retire themes every six months to maintain exclusivity, making each portrait a rare masterpiece.
