It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into the Era of Chivalry

Experience the thrill of the medieval battlefield as you transform into a legendary knight, sword poised and shield ready. Our custom knight portrait places you amidst the drama of gallant times, evoking the grandeur of a chivalric hero in a medieval landscape.

Adorn your walls with a museum-quality piece that becomes a conversation starter, especially for those who revel in fantasy, history, and timeless heroism. Whether you're crafting this for yourself or bestowing it upon a fellow adventurer, this portrait captures the heart of every knightly dream.

TL;DR: This is a museum-quality canvas that transforms you into a legendary knight on a medieval battlefield. Perfect for men who love fantasy and history.

Could this Knightly Portrait Suit Your Loved Ones?

This portrait suits men who have an unquenched thirst for adventure and enjoy immersing themselves in history and fantasy. It becomes an ideal gift for retirement celebrations, birthdays, or any occasion requiring a touch of gallantry. If chivalry and medieval aesthetics aren't their preferences, this might not be the best fit; something like the Royal Portrait might be softer.

How We Forge Your Custom Knight Portrait

Your photos undergo a transformation using AI face-swapping technology that matches you to a heroic knight template. Our artists refine these images meticulously, ensuring historical accuracy in armor and setting. Our head of production, Maya, has noted that 1 in 12 generations doesn't meet our high standards, which we discard to maintain quality. The final product is printed on high-grade canvas, ready for battle.

What Sets Our Knight Portraits Apart?

Unlike generic fantasy-themed art, each of our knight portraits is a one-of-a-kind depiction that retires after six months, ensuring that your heroic image remains unique. This tailored approach contrasts sharply with stock imagery, offering a personal artifact rather than a mass-produced piece.
