It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Crafting Your Masterpiece Canvas

First, upload a photo—our AI swaps facial features onto a city-inspired template. Then, a skilled artist refines every brushstroke, capturing her essence. Surprisingly, we discard about 1 in 12 generations if the facial match doesn't meet our standards, ensuring every piece is impeccable before adorning museum-quality canvas.

What Sets This Regal Portrait Apart?

Unlike generic stock prints, this canvas interweaves personal modern details, making each artwork exclusive. Her presence is elevated by the cityscape surroundings, which we refresh every six months for rarity. Own an exclusive piece where sophistication meets practicality.
