I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Love in Oceanic Art

Embrace the soft, dreamy allure of impressionist art with our Ocean Canvas. Your love story unfolds in pastel waves and gentle brushstrokes, reminiscent of a coastal romance scene. Imagine the canvas adorning your living room, a tangible reminder of cherished moments by the sea.

Ideal for couples who find solace in the ocean's embrace, our canvas art blends personal emotion with timeless artistry. If your relationship thrives on fleeting glances and romantic getaways, this piece echoes that spirit beautifully.

TL;DR: Turn your couple's photo into a romantic impressionist painting. Ideal for those drawn to the sea, celebrating anniversaries or engagements.

Is this oceanic romance right for your relationship?

Perfect for couples who thrive on romantic escapes to the seaside, this canvas appeals to those enchanted by gentle waves and warm sunsets. It's not for those who prefer high-detail, sharp-edged photos.

How is your love brought to life in art?

Your uploaded photo is meticulously transformed into an impressionist masterpiece. AI initiates the face swap, but our artists, guided by Maya Chen's expertise, reject 1 in 12 pieces to ensure only the best make it onto your canvas.

What makes this ocean canvas uniquely yours?

Unlike a generic print, this one-of-one piece combines your unique likeness with exclusive oceanic elements, retiring each theme after six months to maintain rarity and uniqueness.
