I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Childhood Elegance in Impressionist Style

Imagine the innocence and grace of childhood captured through soft pastel hues and fluid brushstrokes, bringing an impression of serenity to your space. Every portrait reflects a unique world of color and light, reminiscent of those dreamy art gallery strolls.

Perfect for celebrating birthdays or milestones, these portraits invite admirers to glimpse the gentleness and potential of boyhood through an artistic lens, creating a cherished keepsake that transforms any room into an art sanctuary.

TL;DR: Turn your child's photo into a serene impressionist canvas, ideal for birthdays or milestone celebrations. Perfect for capturing the grace and simplicity of boyhood in a timeless artistic style.

Curious if Your Little One Fits the Impressionist Aesthetic?

This portrait suits parents who admire artistic nuances and wish to preserve their child's magical moments in a classic style. Grandparents love gifting this to capture those fleeting years in an artful piece they'll always cherish. However, if you’re after a more hyper-realistic rendering, this aesthetic might not be for you.

Crafting Your Impressionist Masterpiece from Start to Finish

Starting from your uploaded photo, our AI technology crafts an initial impressionist sketch, which our artists refine into a vivid painting. Notably, about 1 in 12 renditions are redone due to brushstroke imbalances. Each finalized piece is then printed on museum-grade canvas, promising both quality and longevity.

How Does This Stand Out from Other Kid Portraits?

Distinct from generic mass-produced canvases, our portraits are exclusive to your child's likeness—no two are the same. Plus, by rotating and retiring themes every six months, we maintain an element of rarity and specialness in our offerings.
