It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step Into a Candlelit Halloween Elegance

Imagine yourself transformed into the spitting image of a Day of the Dead gentleman—suited, hatted, and enveloped in ethereal candlelight. The ambiance is pure mystery and artistry, perfect for those who find joy in Halloween's dramatic flair.

This canvas speaks to those who appreciate the darker side of elegance; an ideal piece for the man who celebrates Halloween with style and sophistication.

TL;DR: Imagine yourself as a dapper Day of the Dead gentleman, captured in a custom Halloween portrait. Perfect for Halloween enthusiasts and Day of the Dead fans who appreciate dramatic, artistic flair.

Who revels in this eerie transformation?

This portrait suits men who gravitate towards the mystique of Halloween or Day of the Dead celebrations. Think of those who love classic horror films, or gentlemen who add a spooky twist to their home decor. It's less for someone looking for casual, everyday imagery.

How do we craft your spooky visage?

Our process starts with your photo, transforming it through AI face-swap tech, and refining with tactile artist touch-ups. Our head of production, Maya, insists on chucking about 1 in 12 tries if they don't capture the eerie elegance we're known for, ensuring only quality makes it to your wall.

What makes our spooky portrait unique?

Unlike standard canvas prints, this one is as unique as your spookiest Halloween night — crafted for those who enjoy a bespoke touch. Our themes are retired after six months, keeping your piece exclusive and fascinating.

Kde nájdem ceny, ponuky, doručenie a podmienky vrátenia?

Aktuálne formáty, veľkosti, ceny, dostupné ponuky a odhadované termíny doručenia sa zobrazujú pri výbere a dokončení objednávky. Pred objednaním skontrolujte náhľad a svoje voľby. Podmienky vrátenia a výmeny nájdete v pravidlách vrátenia a refundácie.
