It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: Perfect for couples who live for Halloween, this custom portrait blends your photo with enchanting, spooky themes, capturing a playful yet mysterious ambiance on canvas.

Which Couples Embrace the Halloween Vibe?

This portrait is a treasure for couples who adore Halloween, from those planning themed weddings to the duo who still carve pumpkins together. However, it might not be the right pick for someone seeking a classic or romantic style—it's more about fun and thrills than formal elegance.

How We Conjure Your Unique Portrait

We start with your uploaded photo and use advanced AI to seamlessly blend it with our Halloween-themed backdrop. Each piece receives meticulous attention from our artists, who refine the generated image to ensure that key features maintain their natural appearance. About 1 in 12 pieces require a full retouch to meet our standards, guaranteeing quality.

Why Choose This Haunted Masterpiece?

Unlike standard stock prints, this portrait is entirely personal, featuring your own faces transported into a haunted world. We rotate our designs every six months, ensuring your piece remains one-of-a-kind and never mass-produced.
