It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Become the Witch You Always Believed You Were

Step into a world where darkness dances with charm and mystery. With a custom Gothic Woman Portrait, your photo emerges as a whimsical witch, draped in dark flowing hair and an ornate necklace that whispers tales of old spells.

This canvas not only transforms simple photos but infuses them with an otherworldly essence suitable for those who cherish the mystique of the night and supernatural artistry. It’s art that transports, perfect for a solitary nook or your gallery wall.

TL;DR: A custom Gothic Witch Woman Portrait turns your image into a mystical masterpiece, ideal for women who adore dark fantasy and witchy aesthetics. Perfect as a unique personal gift or decor.

Which women are bewitched by these Gothic portraits?

If you or a loved one have an affinity for all things gothic and arcane, this portrait is a spellbinding choice. It’s for women who see enchantment in the shadows and love decor that tells a story of magic. Honestly, if glittery unicorns are more your vibe, this might not be the right pick.

How do we conjure your Gothic portrait?

Your photo undergoes a magical transformation starting with AI face-swap technology, followed by our artists' spellbinding touch to refine the nuances of character and setting. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 attempts don't quite cast the perfect spell and are discarded, guaranteeing that only the most enchanting portraits make it to your home.

How is this Gothic art uniquely enchanting?

Unlike typical photo canvases, this portrait delivers a singularly mystical experience—every art piece is crafted with precision to echo the Gothic theme’s intricate allure. Plus, we retire each theme after a brief run to maintain its exclusivity and intrigue.
