I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

A Gothic Twist on Your Love Story

Step into a world where Gothic allure meets countryside whimsy. Picture this: your favorite photo reimagined with playful gothic elements like antique pitchforks, enchanting farmhouse backdrops, and lush gothic flora. It's a tapestry of textures and moods, bathed in moody elegance.

Ideal for couples with a taste for the uncanny, this portrait turns everyday memories into an art piece capturing the extraordinary. If your aesthetic leans towards the darkly romantic, set within an otherworldly rural setting, this canvas is a match.

TL;DR: Transform your relationship into a Gothic couple portrait on a whimsical farm canvas. Perfect for couples celebrating unique anniversaries or engagements.

Which couples can rock a Gothic Farm look?

The Gothic Couple Portrait suits pairs with a flair for dramatic and whimsical aesthetics—think romantic partners or newlyweds who adore the unconventional. It's a splendid fit for those who luxuriate in rich textures and intricate backgrounds. If you prefer clean lines and stark simplicity, this might not be your scene.

How do we craft your Gothic fantasy?

Your journey begins with a high-quality photo upload, which our AI tool transforms by merging gothic and farm elements around a detailed face-swap. Our artists refine each piece further. But we're picky; we discard about 1 in 12 generations to ensure perfect alignment before printing it on sleek, museum-grade canvas.

What sets this Gothic canvas apart?

Unlike other generic custom prints, this Gothic canvas is a one-of-a-kind creation. We incorporate unique elements like farmhouse charm and retire each theme after six months, keeping your artwork as a rare collectible piece. You won't find this blend of Gothic and whimsy anywhere else.
