I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Dive into a world where your feline friend becomes an ethereal being, graced with soft, angelic wings and set against a backdrop of dreamy clouds. This isn't just a portrait — it's a gateway to fantasy, capturing your pet's essence in a way that's both charming and whimsical.

Designed for those who adore their cats more than anything, this portrait infuses a touch of magic into your home. Let every glance remind you of the otherworldly bond you share with your pet.

TL;DR: Transform your cat into a heavenly figure with this customized fantasy portrait, featuring enchanting wings and clouds. Ideal for cat lovers who cherish whimsical, one-of-a-kind gifts.

Is this whimsical portrait right for your cat?

Ideal for cat enthusiasts who revel in fantasy and magic, this portrait most flatteringly suits light-hearted, whimsical homeowners. Not necessarily for those seeking a sleek, modern aesthetic.

How does the magic happen?

Crafting your feline's fantasy face begins with the photo you upload, which is then adeptly integrated with angelic wings using advanced AI technology. Our artists painstakingly refine every aspect, ensuring the essence of your pet shines through. Interestingly, we discard about 1 in 12 generated pieces if the fit isn't perfect.

What sets this fantasy canvas apart?

While generic pet portraits can feel impersonal, this one-of-one fantasy theme features your pet in a bespoke, enchanted realm, making it more than art — it’s an exclusive experience. We retire each theme after six months, amplifying its uniqueness.
