It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

What Enchants Our Creation Process?

We start with your favorite photo, weaving it into our enchanting forest setting. Our AI crafts the initial transformation, followed by artists who breathe life into every detail. Heads up: about 1 in 12 attempts are scrapped when facial alignment doesn't meet our standards.

Why Is This Fantasy Different?

This isn't just any canvas. Unlike generic prints, our Fantasy Couple Portraits retire older themes after 6 months, ensuring each design's authenticity and rarity remain protected. You won't find this blend of personality and artistry anywhere else.
