I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Your Love Story into Fantasy

Immerse yourselves in an enchanting world of fantasy with our custom couple portrait. Picture you and your partner in elegant attire, standing tall against a majestic castle backdrop, the soft glow of sunset enveloping your love in a fairytale-like aura.

From the intricate textures to the dramatic hues, this canvas isn't just a portrait—it's a gateway into your own romantic saga, ideal for anniversaries or engagements.

TL;DR: Our Custom Fantasy Couple Portrait is perfect for couples who dream of their love story in a mystical realm. A unique gift choice for anniversaries or those celebrating their magical bond.

Which lovebirds thrive in a fantasy world?

This piece is perfect for couples who adore fantasy novels or fairytale settings, making it a brilliant gift for engagements or anniversaries. However, it might not be the best fit for those who prefer modern or minimalist art styles.

How do we craft your fantasy tale?

Your journey to fantasy begins with uploading a favorite couple photo. We utilize AI for an initial face-swap that sets the scene before our artists refine every detail to create a magical scene. Truth be told, about 1 in 12 generations are discarded because the faces don’t align just right.

Why is this Fantasy Castle Canvas unique?

Beyond generic prints, this canvas is a bespoke masterpiece. We retire the castle design after six months to ensure your piece remains as unique as your love story.
