It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Get Your Pet Ready for the Rockstar Stage

Imagine your dog rocking out on stage, spotlight beaming and a shiny guitar in paw. Our customized Rockstar Pet Portrait brings that fantasy to life. With a leather jacket, a gleaming microphone, and electric hues, it captures the larger-than-life personality of your pup.

Perfect for music-loving pet owners who want decor that's more about fun than fuss, this portrait balances whimsy and quality. It creates an eye-catching centerpiece that guarantees smiles every time someone enters the room.

TL;DR: Turn your dog into a rockstar on a custom canvas. Ideal for music-loving pet owners wanting playful, high-quality decor.

Which dogs are meant for the rockstar limelight?

This rockstar dog portrait suits pet owners who adore music and have an eye for unique decor. It's ideal for dogs that thrive in the spotlight or have that rock 'n' roll charisma about them. If your dog is more of a wallflower than a showboat, maybe try our serene Musician Man Portrait instead.

How is each rockstar dog portrait crafted?

First, upload a crisp photo of your dog. Our advanced AI works its magic, face-swapping your pup into rockstar mode. Then, our artists refine the details, ensuring your dog's personality shines. We discard about 1 in 12 generations if the face doesn't quite jam on cue, ensuring a portrait worthy of your concert venue—er, home.

Why choose this over regular pet decor?

Unlike stock pet prints, our Rockstar Pet Portrait is a one-off. We refresh and retire themes to keep the vibe fresh and exclusive. Plus, the rockstar elements—guitars, spotlights—make your dog's decor standout, not blend in.
