It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture His Wild West Imagination

In the dusty gold of a setting sun, your son transforms into the cowboy hero of his dreams. With an authentic hat tipped at a daring angle and a vest dusted by imaginary desert winds, this portrait captures his wild spirit. It's more than art; it’s his fantasy front and center.

The crisp mountain backdrop doesn't just frame a portrait—it sets the stage for tales of bravery told under endless skies. Perfectly placed in his bedroom or playroom, this canvas becomes a doorway to stories where he's the star, out there taming the untamable.

TL;DR: This custom cowboy canvas is for boys dreaming of adventure. Features include classic cowboy attire and a majestic mountain backdrop. Ideal for birthdays or to inspire imagination.

What kind of kid rocks the cowboy look?

This portrait suits boys enchanted by the idea of life as a cowboy, where adventure awaits at every turn. If your son spends afternoons in cowboy boots, imagining life on the frontier, this is the keepsake for him. It's not ideal for those who prefer knights and castles—that’s a different adventure.

How do we turn photos into the Wild West?

Starting with a cherished photo, AI does the initial face-swap magic, but our artists finesse the details, ensuring features are genuine and spirited. About 1 in 12 takes get scrapped if the eyes aren't just right—our standards are that high. The final piece arrives on a museum-quality canvas, ready to captivate.

What sets this cowboy portrait apart?

Unlike generic prints, these are designed specifically from your son’s likeness, ensuring a one-of-a-kind work of art. Our themes are retired after 6 months to maintain exclusivity, so you'll own something truly unique.
