It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is this portrait perfect for the rugby aficionado in your life?

This portrait is ideal for rugby players who live for the game, dedicated fans who can't get enough of the exhilarating action, or former players reminiscing about their glory days. Honestly, if he's more into soccer or basketball, this might not be his play.

How do we create these epic rugby portraits?

First, upload any photo. Our AI perfectly maps his face onto a rugby player's body, set in a dynamic stadium atmosphere. Actual artists then refine the detail, focusing on realistic textures. We reject about 1 in 12 images if the AI generation doesn't meet our quality bar, ensuring only the best hang on your wall.

How does this rugby canvas stand out from the rest?

This isn't just any athlete canvas — it's uniquely his, with a background inspired by the thrill of a professional rugby scene. Each theme retires every six months, maintaining exclusivity.
