I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Nostalgic Self-Timer Shot: Capture Genuine Moments

The Self-Timer Shot Custom Portrait is a nod to the charm of those impromptu photos we love but rarely get to be part of. Imagine turning a beloved candid photo into a stunning canvas, dripping with nostalgia.

This portrait captures the film grain aesthetics, giving it a timeless feel that resonates deeply with those who long for the simplicity of old-school photography.

TL;DR: This is a personalized canvas for anyone who loves the candid, vintage look of film camera shots—perfect for capturing the photographer's hidden moments.

Is this vintage film camera portrait right for you?

This portrait is perfect for the amateur photographer who's usually behind the camera, not in front of it. It's also great for those who cherish candid, unposed moments captured in classic film style. However, if you're looking for something vibrant and colorful, this might not be your ideal pick.

How do you create a Self-Timer portrait?

Start by uploading your chosen photo, then view a free, no-obligation preview of your personalized portrait. You'll get a real sense of what the final piece will look like before deciding to proceed with the order.

How is this different from other portrait gifts?

This product stands out with its dedicated replication of film grain aesthetics, capturing the warmth and authenticity of vintage photography, unlike generic canvas prints.

Частые вопросы

What if the photo quality is low?Try uploading a different photo if you see any quality issues in the preview. Photos with good lighting and clarity work best.

Is there a size guide? All current size options can be viewed in the product selector. No static size chart is available.
Можно ли увидеть предварительный результат до покупки?
