I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Victorian Grace in Rich Canvas Detail

Step back into a world where elegance and sophistication ruled the day. Our Custom Victorian Woman Portrait places your loved one amidst lush tapestries, intricate gowns, and an atmosphere dripping with opulence. Perfect for anyone who treasures the grace of another era.

The muted pastels and ornate costumery transform a simple photo into an artwork fit for the walls of a grand manor. Ideal for anniversaries, birthdays, or a surprise gift that'll transport the recipient back in time.

TL;DR: A regal gift for women entranced by Victorian elegance, turning cherished photos into museum-quality art on canvas.

Who Relishes the Victorian Touch?

This portrait is perfect for women who adore historical fashion, grand decor, and the charm of a bygone era. It's a hit for history buffs celebrating milestones. However, it may not delight those seeking modern or minimalist artistry.

Crafting Your Victorian Era Masterpiece

Your photo undergoes a digital transformation, swapping faces with Victorian characters in classic settings. This process involves AI interpolations and manual refinements by artists, ensuring each piece is unique. Our head of production, Maya Chen, notes that about 1 in 12 attempts are redone to meet quality standards.

How This Portrait Stands Out from the Canvas Crowd

Unlike generic canvas prints, our portraits feature unique Victorian themes that are refreshed every six months, so each version remains exclusive to you. This isn't something you'll find mass-produced elsewhere.
