It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Cherish Your Story with Romantic Canvas Art

For couples who find romance in even the smallest gestures, our Eternal Love portrait wraps your cherished moments in a romantic glow. Delicate roses and floating hearts frame your image in a way that even Cupid would admire. Set against shimmering red petals and gold lettering, your names become a work of art.

Perfect for cozy spots or intimate settings, this romantic piece blends seamlessly into spaces where love is always celebrated. It’s not just a canvas — it’s your personal love story, poetically expressed.

TL;DR: This custom romance couple portrait captures your love story in delicate roses and shimmering petals. Ideal for anniversaries and Valentine's Day, it's crafted from your favorite photo and printed on museum-quality canvas.

Should You Give the Eternal Love Canvas to Your Partner?

This portrait is perfect for couples celebrating a decade of love or those who just got hitched looking to start building their shared story. It’s an ideal fit for individuals who appreciate intimate, romantic gestures over grand displays — those who find beauty in a subtlety. Honestly, if your partner doesn’t believe in grandiose expressions of emotion, this canvas might not hit home.

How Is the Eternal Love Portrait Crafted?

We start with the photo you adore the most, applying our AI face-swap technology to craft the base. From there, skilled artists refine every curve and contour, adding personalized elements like gold-etched names. Interestingly, 1 in 12 creations doesn’t pass our initial quality threshold — a difference we’re proud to stand by.

Why Choose Our Romance Canvas Over Others?

Unlike off-the-shelf prints, this canvas is tailor-made for you. With canceled themes every six months, your piece remains distinct. The combination of love-themed elements and your personal story makes this a standout choice for romantics at heart.
