It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Embrace Ghostly Romance with Skulls & Flowers

Picture you and your beloved amidst the vibrant yet eerie blend of skulls and blooming flowers. This canvas brings your relationship to life—or perhaps to the afterlife—with subtle candlelight flickering through the shadows. Imagine the poetic morbidity meets artistic elegance—ideal for the couple who celebrates spooky love.

The palette? Rich sepia tones with sparks of candle-lit amber. It flatters the dark romantic or those who revel in nostalgic Gothic vibes. Not for the faint-hearted or those looking for cheery colors, of course—but perfect for Halloween anniversary celebrations or anyone embracing autumn's haunting beauty.

TL;DR: Ideal for those who treasure Halloween magic, this couple's portrait with skulls and flowers on museum-quality canvas is perfect for spooky anniversaries.

Which Couples Capture the Spooky Season's Essence?

This portrait suits those couples whose hearts beat a little faster in the fall crisp air. Think Gothic romantics, Halloween enthusiasts planning their anniversary, or partners with a penchant for the arts who revel in all things shadowy and theatrical. Honestly, if bright rainbows and puppies are more your style, this one's probably not for you.

How Is the Eerie Romance Captured?

The process begins with uploading your chosen photo. Our advanced AI blends your faces into a pre-designed theme of skulls and flowers. But we don't stop there—an artist meticulously refines these digital creations, ensuring each canvas captures an authentic blend of wonder and eeriness. We've found that roughly 1 in 12 designs need a rerun for optimal composition.

What Sets This Haunting Canvas Apart from the Rest?

Generic canvases may offer a theme print, but our Halloween couple portrait is a bespoke masterpiece. Each creation is uniquely yours, with no recycled backgrounds. After six months, we retire the theme, maintaining a rare and exclusive offering limited only to our most daring customers.
