I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Romance in a Majestic Gothic Forest

Step into a twilight realm where your love story takes center stage against a backdrop of enigmatic grandeur. This Gothic-themed couple portrait places you amidst regal trees dripping with the romance of the past—perfect for those who find beauty in the mysterious and love in the shadows.

Imagine yourself—clad in refined attire, surrounded by the deep greens and rich browns of an ancient forest—channeling a world where you and your partner are sovereigns of your own fairy tale. It's the kind of portrait that whispers stories of eternal devotion, perfect for couples who embrace gothic elegance.

TL;DR: This gothic couple portrait immerses you in a mysterious forest setting, perfect for couples cherishing elegance with a dark twist. Ideal for anniversaries or gothic enthusiasts.

Which couples will love the Gothic vibe?

This portrait is perfect for couples who thrive on the dramatic and find beauty in shadow and light. It's ideal for gothic enthusiasts or those celebrating unique love milestones. It's probably not for minimalists or those preferring vibrant, modern aesthetics.

How is your gothic masterpiece crafted?

We begin with your favorite photo, refined through our AI's detailed face-swap technology, which captures your essence within a gothic theme. Our in-house artists, led by experts like Maya, ensure each portrait meets museum-quality standards. Sometimes, about 1 in 12 don't capture that mysterious charisma and are gracefully retired.

How does this gothic portrait stand out?

Unlike stock photo canvases, our portraits are individually designed to encapsulate your unique bond within a fleeting, artistic theme—one that won't be available eternally. Our artists imbue personal touches that a cookie-cutter can't achieve.
