It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Laughs and Love with Spiders!

Step into a world where your love story meets whimsical chaos, featuring colossal spiders and a dash of playful madness. This canvas portrait turns your couple photo into a Halloween delight that blends giggles with gentle frights. Perfect for those who relish in humor and the quirky surprises in life.

Imagine your living room invaded by spiders, yet amidst the chaos, your bond stands strong and joyful. These are the stories our Custom Funny Couple Portraits tell—full of laughter and startling charm, capturing a light-hearted dynamic that's distinctly yours.

TL;DR: Perfect for couples with a humorous twist, our Custom Funny Couple Portrait places you in a whimsical spider-infused scene, ideal for Halloween lovers or those who enjoy the strange and silly!

Is this hilarious portrait your vibe?

This portrait is tailor-made for couples who find joy in Halloween's quirky side or those with inside jokes about spiders and surprises. It's not the right fit for those looking for a traditional anniversary gift — unless your tradition is laughter!

How do we weave your spooky tale?

The journey begins with your favorite photo and transforms it through an AI-powered face-swap, followed by detailed artist refinements. It's a fun and meticulous process that brings your character to life on a museum-grade canvas. While most productions sail smoothly, around 1 in 12 designs might need a redo due to misaligned smiles or eyes.

Why this isn't just another Halloween canvas?

Unlike generic canvas prints that you might spot en masse, this custom piece is all yours, weaving humor and personalization. Plus, every theme retires in just six months—keeping your piece as rare as your love story.

Can I swap faces later?Once the portrait is finalized, face swaps aren't possible. But we're sure that first look will bring a chuckle and a smile!
What makes it 'funny?'It's all about the scene—giant spiders, scattered props, and the humorous chaos that makes it uniquely hilarious.
Is it suitable for all couples? If laughter is your daily mantra, then absolutely! But if you’re after more solemn artistry, consider our Spooky Canvas Art.

Why is there a retirement of themes? Our retired themes policy ensures that your piece remains exclusive and isn’t something your neighbors have, keeping it special for you.
