It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Which mom and child duo will love this kitchen keepsake?

How your culinary canvas portrait comes to life

Our process begins with you uploading a favorite photo, which we then enhance using AI face-mapping to capture authentic expressions. An artist refines the details, ensuring everything from the chef hat to the apron looks just right. Maya, our Head of Production, insists that we discard about 1 in 12 initial generations because we aim for perfect likeness. Finished pieces are printed on museum-quality canvas, ready for your kitchen gallery.

Why choose our Chef Mother-Child canvas over others?

Unlike generic prints, each portrait captures the unique bond between mother and child over culinary adventures, down to the grapes and medal that can only be your story. We change up the available theme every six months, keeping yours exclusive and rare for the utmost in personal gifting.
