I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Dive into Treasure Cove Magic

In the mystical depths of Treasure Cove, your child's photo transforms into an enchanting mermaid portrait. Picture vibrant coral reefs, sun-dappled waves, and a jovial marine world filled with wonder.

Vivid colors bring the magical undersea world to life, ensuring every smile is dazzling. Celebrate their love for the sea with this bespoke canvas, making it a perfect gift for young dreamers.

TL;DR: Turn a child's photo into a custom mermaid treasure canvas. Perfect for playful kids with a love for undersea adventures.

Who will cherish a Little Mermaid portrait?

Perfect for imaginative children and teens who dream of underwater adventures. Kids who adore tales like The Little Mermaid will light up seeing their faces amid shimmering scales and coral alcoves. If your receiver isn't as enthused by the sea, this might not be their ideal gift.

How do we create your mermaid fantasy?

We take your uploaded photo through a creative journey where AI meets human artistry. First, AI handles a seamless face-swap. Then, our artists refine the underwater details by hand, ensuring every detail pops. Fun fact: we discard nearly 1 in 12 early stages if the face doesn't perfectly align.

Why choose our mermaid vs. ordinary portraits?

Unlike generic prints, each Treasure Cove Mermaid Portrait is tailor-made. Featuring your child's likeness in a limited-edition underwater scene, it transforms their everyday into something extraordinary. This theme is rotated out every six months to ensure exclusivity.
