I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Every moment deserves to be cherished, and our portrait canvases ensure your favorite memories are elegantly preserved. Crafted on museum-quality canvas, every piece radiates the vibrance and richness only a personalized touch can provide.

Designed for those who value personal touches, these portraits offer a unique glimpse into the art of personalization, capturing the essence of the moment in every brush stroke.

TL;DR: A personalized canvas portrait perfect for anyone celebrating special occasions. Crafted from your favorite photos to capture lasting memories.

Who Benefits Most from Our Personalized Portraits?

This portrait suits those who appreciate capturing sentiments, such as parents celebrating a milestone anniversary, or individuals looking for a unique birthday gift for their partner. However, if you're seeking a mass-produced gift, this customized option might not be for you.

What's the Secret Behind Our Craftsmanship?

Your chosen photo begins its journey through a meticulous process. First, our AI technology offers an instant preview, ensuring satisfaction. Then, an artist refines the masterpiece, blending your image with pristine detail. Our head of production, Maya, ensures only the highest quality, discarding about 1 in 12 attempts due to minor flaws.

Why Our Portraits Stand Out in the Realm of Canvas Art?

Unlike typical canvas prints, our portraits are one-of-a-kind, infusing your personal touch into every inch. We consistently update our themes, retiring old ones to maintain exclusivity and ensure your portrait remains unique.
