It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Keep Their Memory Alive by the Hearth

In the comforting glow of a fireplace, your family comes together — and with our custom canvas, so does the presence of a beloved family member who's no longer with you. This memorial portrait captures the warmth of togetherness, even across time, making their absence feel just a little less.

Our Cozy Fireplace Canvas invites sentiments of comfort and remembrance, ideal for families who wish to honor grandparents, parents, or spouses during cherished gatherings. If the notion of a hearty family ensemble resonates with you, this art piece does the trick.

TL;DR: This piece honors the memory of a lost loved one, seamlessly merging their image with a current family photo around a fireplace backdrop. Ideal for remembering a grandparent, parent, or spouse during family gatherings.

Who's Suited for a Fireplace Reunion?

Perfect for families longing to visually gather their whole kin, adding a cherished grandparent, parent, or spouse into modern family moments. Maybe not for those who prefer to remember their loved ones privately rather than in display.

How Is Your Memory Canvas Crafted?

Upload your family photo alongside a picture of your deceased loved one. Our advanced AI weaves them seamlessly into a cozy fireplace theme. Our head of production, Maya, ensures quality by discarding about 1 in 12 generations that don't quite meet our standards. After AI merges the photo, our artists refine the details, culminating in a top-tier museum-quality canvas.

Why Choose Our Memorial Canvas?

Unlike generic family portraits, our canvas creates a unique, personalized memory with your loved one's face, blending seamlessly into a simulated fireplace scene. It's not just rare — each piece uniquely celebrates familial love and memory.
