I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step Back into Victorian Grace

Transport yourself to the era of grand ballrooms and enchanted gardens with our custom Victorian Woman Portrait. Picture this: flowing gowns with intricate lace, vintage parasols, and a backdrop of delicate blooms, all meticulously crafted on museum-quality canvas.

This piece isn't just a portrait; it's a window into a time when elegance was an everyday affair, perfect for those who cherish the romance of the past.

TL;DR: A whimsical Victorian portrait capturing elegance and charm, perfect for women embracing vintage aesthetics and romantic decor. Ideal for personal gifts.

Who Embraces the Victorian Charm?

This portrait suits women who adore vintage fashion and romantic stories, like those who frequent historic reenactments or Jane Austen enthusiasts. Not ideal for those seeking modern or abstract art styles. If whimsy isn't her style, consider the Serene Victorian Portrait.

How Do We Craft Whimsy on Canvas?

Your photo undergoes an AI face-swap to match Victorian aesthetics, then refined by artists to ensure elegance and detail. Our head, Maya Chen, emphasizes that we reject about 1 in 12 prototypes to meet our standards. The final piece arrives as a museum-quality canvas.

Why Choose Our Victorian Portrait?

Unlike generic vintage prints, this portrait encapsulates personal charm and Victorian zeal. Each piece is crafted uniquely for you, with themes retired after six months to maintain their rarity and exclusivity.

What if the photo quality is low?If your photo is low quality, our team might reach out to request a better resolution. We aim for the sharpest elegance possible.
Can I swap faces later?Once your order is processed, face swaps aren't available. We recommend previewing your design before finalizing.
Is this suitable for modern homes? If your style leans ultra-modern, consider themes like Fantasy Canvas. Victorian can offer an eclectic touch but may feel out of place otherwise.
Can I change the background? Our standard backgrounds are part of the theme's charm, but we’re always open to suggestions if they retain the Victorian essence.
