It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

What's Involved in Crafting Your Victorian Era Portrait?

Your journey into the Victorian era begins with a simple photo. Our AI technology delicately arranges it onto a curated Victorian backdrop, capturing the essence of the era. Artists, led by our head of production, Maya Chen, refine each portrait by hand, ensuring the perfect blend. We discard about 1 in 12 iterations to uphold our high standards.

Why Choose This Victorian Canvas Over Generic Prints?

Unlike generic art prints, your Victorian portrait is a one-of-a-kind creation. Your likeness transformed into a unique piece—no two are alike. Plus, the theme cycles ensure yours remains distinctive, as we refresh designs every six months to maintain exclusivity.
