It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is This Portrait Perfect for Modern Victorian Enthusiasts?

This portrait is perfect for independent women who cherish timeless elegance but still embrace modernity—think entrepreneurs and women in leadership roles. It might not be the best fit for purists desiring purely historical representations without modern elements.

How Do We Capture Victorian-Era Magic?

Your journey to the Victorian era begins with a photo upload. Our AI meticulously swaps the face onto a thematic template, but it doesn’t stop there—fine-tuning by artists ensures authenticity. Interestingly, we discard about 1 in 12 generations when the setting doesn't mesh perfectly with the individual flair we aim for.

Why Choose Our Victorian Portrait over Generic Prints?

Unlike standard canvas prints, our portraits are truly unique. The inclusion of modern elements like a smartphone while maintaining Victorian aesthetics makes this a conversation starter and a personal emblem. We frequently retire themes after six months, cementing their exclusivity.
