I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Fido into a Renaissance Legend

Step back in time with our Custom Renaissance Dog Portrait, where your beloved pet dons the opulence of the 16th century. Think regal collars, glistening necklaces, and sweeping landscapes that feel like a Shakespearean stage.

This isn't just any dog portrait—it's a playful reinterpretation of classical elegance, turning your furry friend into the star of a gallery-worthy canvas. It's ideal for pet owners with a flair for drama and a taste for the extraordinary.

TL;DR: Transform your dog into a Renaissance noble with our whimsical portrait. Ideal for playful pet owners wanting to combine love for art and their furry friend.

Which pups deserve the Renaissance treatment?

This portrait is perfect for anyone who considers their dog a cherished muse deserving of the historical spotlight. Dog lovers with a penchant for both humor and history will adore this piece. If you're someone who prefers minimalist decor lacking a touch of quirky charm, this might not be for you.

How do we craft a Renaissance masterpiece?

Our process combines art and technology. Start by uploading your dog's photo. It's then crafted through an AI-powered face-swap, refined by an artist for accuracy, and printed on museum-quality canvas. Not every portrait makes the cut; about 1 in 12 are redone because the vibe isn't just right.

What sets our Renaissance portraits apart?

Unlike generic pet prints, this portrait makes your pet the star of their own historical narrative. We retire the theme after six months, ensuring your canvas isn't just another piece but a unique artifact that celebrates individual pet charisma.
