I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Which magazine diva wannabes should get this?

This portrait best suits women with a penchant for nostalgia and who appreciate an artistic flair—a colorful nod to their personalities and style. It’s great for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because you want to spoil yourself or someone special.

However, if you're not into bold colors or feel minimalist vibes are more your thing, you might want to steer clear of this one.

How does your selfie become pop art?

Your photo kicks off its journey through AI-powered design enhancements, capturing that pop art essence. But it doesn't stop there—each piece is refined by our head of production, Maya, who’s quite the perfectionist. Fun fact: 1 in 12 images doesn't make the cut because we're serious about quality. Finally, it’s transformed onto a premium museum canvas, bringing your personality to life.

What makes this pop art portrait unique?

This isn't just another print of a famous icon — it's entirely you. Unlike generic prints, your portrait is a one-of-a-kind piece and our themes rotate after six months to maintain exclusivity. Add your personal flair to the pop art tradition!
