It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is This Serene Portrait the Perfect Gift for Your Mom?

This canvas hits home for mothers who revel in quiet, memorable moments with their children. It's perfect for those cherishing a touch of grace in their home decor. If you're seeking something edgy or vibrant, you might prefer our Whimsical Sunflower Art.

How Do We Craft Each Serene Portrait Masterpiece?

Your journey starts by uploading a beloved photo. Our AI expertly maps and blends faces into the scene, setting the tone. Then, skilled artists spin the digital magic into reality, refining every detail. We reject about 1 in 12 generated images until your portrait is a harmonious masterpiece. Finished on museum-quality canvas, it’s both classic and enduring.

Why Choose This Serene Portrait Over Generic Prints?

Unlike generic canvas prints that echo popular designs, each of our serene portraits is a singular expression of your family’s unique bond. Once a theme is retired, it's gone, ensuring exclusivity that mass-produced alternatives simply can't match. If tranquillity is your vibe, this one's a keeper.
