It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: Transform cherished family memories into a serene Mother's Day keepsake. This elegant canvas is perfect for families looking to celebrate the bond with mom.

Who'll Truly Appreciate a Serene Family Portrait?

This portrait suits family-oriented mothers who treasure their connections with their children. Ideal for families wanting to capture a serene moment that speaks volumes. If you're seeking a bold impression or surreal fantasy, perhaps explore our Whimsical Sunflower Art instead.

How We Craft a Serene Family Portrait

We start by transforming your photo into a digital masterpiece, applying AI to seamlessly blend faces. An artist then refines the image, enhancing the serene elements and floral details. Our head of production, Maya, insists on discarding about 1 in 12 generations to ensure the quality meets our high standards before we print it on museum-quality canvas.

Why This Serene Canvas Stands Out

Unlike generic stock prints, our portraits are one-of-a-kind creations, crafted specifically for you and your family. Each theme is retired within six months, ensuring your piece remains a unique treasure.
