It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Embrace Your Inner Medieval Heroine

Feel the weight of armor on your shoulders as you stand gallantly before a grand castle, an era where valor met elegance. Our custom knight portraits encapsulate a time when bravery and beauty intertwined seamlessly. You're not just posing; you're commanding as a warrior woman in a medieval landscape.

This portrait flatters those who love tales of noble quests and indomitable spirits. The rich colors of the armor and the lush backdrop bring a striking contrast to any space, imbuing it with both power and grace.

TL;DR: A custom canvas transforming your photo into a heroic knight, ideal for adventurous women who appreciate historical dramas and want something more than just decorative art.

Who Thrives as a Knight in Armor?

This portrait suits women who adore historical tales, medieval fairs, and epic fantasy. It's perfect for those celebrating milestones like graduations or professional achievements. However, if you're not into armor or medieval aesthetics, our Regal Medieval Warrior Canvas might appeal to a different taste.

What's the Magic Behind the Metal?

Upload your photo, and we begin with AI face-swapping technology that captures your likeness in a knight's form. Our artists then refine each line, ensuring your eyes pierce with purpose, and finally print it on museum-grade canvas. We discard 1 in 12 tries that don’t capture the knight spirit accurately.

Why This Canvas Beats Generic Prints?

Unlike factory-made prints, this isn't mass-produced; it's uniquely yours. We only run each theme for six months, so owning one means you're truly in a rare league. It's not just a decoration but a testament to individuality.

Can I choose a different background? Each theme is designed with a specific background in mind and is integral to the composition. Customizations aren’t available for backgrounds.
