I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is a Halloween Witch Portrait Truly Your Style?

This portrait is a match made in Samhain for women who adore the Halloween season and embrace a witchy aesthetic. It sings to those who treasure dark elegance and mysterious charm. Not suited for anyone seeking the traditional soft or bright aesthetics — this one's dipped in nightshade.

What Dark Magic Transforms Your Photo Here?

Each portrait begins with your photo, which undergoes an AI-assisted transformation to capture the essence of a witch. Our artists then meticulously refine the details until it meets our standards. Fun fact? About 1 in 12 initial renders are discarded because the ethereal vibe must be just right.

Why Choose This Witch Portrait Over Others?

Different from off-the-shelf Halloween prints, this is uniquely yours, capturing your likeness with bespoke elements like personalized pumpkin hues and the choice of spellbinding scenery.
