I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Become Royalty with a Comedic Twist

Imagine the regal splendor of a palace, where you and your partner stand gallantly in gleaming armor. Our Custom Funny Couple Portrait transforms your photo into a hilarious medieval scene, complete with majestic castles and a touch of royal absurdity.

This isn't just another gallery piece; it's a humorous tribute to your relationship, perfect for couples who love a good laugh and don't mind poking fun at themselves in grandiose attire.

TL;DR: Our Funny Couple Portrait in Regal Armor is perfect for partners who love humor and royalty. It’s ideal for anniversaries, engagements, or any couple wanting a laugh with a touch of medieval elegance.

Who should go royal and funny for their portrait?

This portrait is a hit for couples who wear their sense of humor as confidently as a crown. Ideal for partners who celebrate anniversaries or engagements with laughter and love the idea of conquering their living room with regal jest. Not recommended for those who prefer serious or traditional imagery.

From photo to stately humor: the process.

We start with your uploaded photo, which undergoes a meticulous AI transformation to swap faces into our royal template. Our artists then add the final touches, ensuring authenticity and humor. It's noteworthy that about 1 in 12 initial AI generations don't hit the mark and are refined for quality.

What sets this royal laugh apart?

Unlike generic canvas prints, this customized piece is a true one-off, featuring you and your partner in laugh-inducing royal armor. We retire each theme within 6 months to ensure your piece remains unique in its humor and grandiosity.
